Privacy Policy

Your data belongs to you — not to us

• Your customer contact lists are private business information — they are never used to advertise to those contacts or to market any other product.
• Your inquiry pipeline and deal data are confidential — no employee reads them without your explicit support request.
• Your uploaded files (brochures, property images, contracts) are stored in your isolated folder and are inaccessible to other clients or the general public.
• We do not mine your data to train AI models, build audience segments, or generate insights for third parties.
• If you leave QuickSampark, we delete your data within 60 days of account closure — unless a legal hold applies.

Who we are and what this policy covers

QuickSampark is operated by Invental Data Labs ("we", "us", "our"). We provide a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform purpose-built for real-estate developers, builders, and property brokers in India.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• Business Account holders — companies and individuals who subscribe to QuickSampark to manage their business.
• Team members — employees, agents, or staff members added by a Business Account holder.
• Visitors — anyone who browses our public landing page or marketing website.

It does NOT directly apply to the customers, leads, or contacts that a Business Account manages through the platform — those individuals' data is controlled by the Business Account (our client), who bears responsibility for their own privacy obligations to those individuals.

Information we collect

A. Account & registration data

• Business name, owner's full name, email address, phone number
• Business type, city / region
• Login credentials (passwords are stored in a secure, unreadable form — we cannot recover them)
• License tier and billing correspondence

B. Business operational data (entered by you)

• Customer and lead records — names, phone numbers, email addresses, inquiry details
• Site visits, follow-up notes, call logs, activity history
• Property, unit, and project information
• Payment records and uploaded receipts
• WhatsApp and email message content sent through the platform
• Files uploaded to the media library (images, brochures, PDFs, videos)

C. Usage data

• Browser type, device type, and approximate location (country / city)
• Pages visited and features used within the app

D. Support & communication data

• Emails, tickets, or messages you send to our support team
• Feedback forms and survey responses you choose to submit

How we use your information

We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:

Facebook / Meta Lead Ads integration

If a business using QuickSampark connects its Facebook or Instagram Page to our platform, we receive the lead information that people voluntarily submit through that business's Meta Lead Ad instant forms — such as name, phone number, email address, and any other fields the business includes in its form.

We use Meta's leads_retrieval permission solely to retrieve these submitted leads and create corresponding inquiry records inside that business's own CRM workspace. This lead data:

• is visible only to the business that owns the connected Page and its authorised team members;
• is never sold, rented, or shared with any other party;
• is retained and deleted under the same terms as other CRM data described above; and
• stops flowing as soon as the business disconnects its Page or removes our app from its Meta account.

A business can revoke our access at any time by disconnecting the Page in QuickSampark or removing the app in its Facebook Business Settings. To request deletion of already-captured lead data, email privacy@inventaldatalabs.com.

What we will never do with your data

The following are hard prohibitions — not aspirational goals, not subject to "except" clauses, not changeable by a future policy update without your explicit opt-in consent:

Confidentiality commitment & non-disclosure

All QuickSampark employees, contractors, and subprocessors who have any technical access to the systems that store your data are bound by:

• A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering business data confidentiality
• Access limited strictly to what is needed for their specific role — nothing more
• A complete prohibition on copying, extracting, or reproducing any client business data for personal or commercial use

If you require a formal signed NDA as part of your organisation's procurement or compliance process, please contact us at legal@inventaldatalabs.com and we will arrange one.

Data retention & deletion

You can request early deletion of your operational data at any time by emailing privacy@inventaldatalabs.com. We will action the request within 30 days and confirm completion. Statutory retention obligations (billing records, legal holds) may prevent full deletion of certain records.

Your data rights

As a Business Account holder or a data subject whose information is managed by a Business Account, you have the following rights:

• Right to access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (account info, login history, billing records).
• Right to data portability: Export your full business data (leads, customers, payments, activities) from the platform's built-in Export function at any time — no permission required.
• Right to correction: Update incorrect account information directly in Settings, or contact us for records you cannot change yourself.
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your data as described in the Retention section above.
• Right to withdraw consent: For optional features (e.g. Meta Ads integration, marketing emails from us), you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting your access to the core platform.
• Right to restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your data while a dispute or correction request is pending.
• Right to lodge a complaint: You may raise a complaint with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) or through our Grievance Officer (see below).

To exercise any right, email privacy@inventaldatalabs.com with the subject line "Data Request — [Your Business Name]". We will respond within 30 calendar days.

Children's privacy

QuickSampark is a professional business platform intended exclusively for use by individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has registered an account or submitted data through the platform, please contact us immediately at privacy@inventaldatalabs.com and we will delete that information without delay.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• For material changes — particularly any that affect how we use your data — we will notify all active Business Account owners by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
• If you continue to use QuickSampark after the effective date of a change, you accept the updated policy. If you do not agree, you may close your account and request data deletion before the effective date.
• We will never, without your explicit opt-in consent, change the core prohibitions listed in the "What We Never Do" section in a way that allows commercial use of your data.
